WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO...

  • Streamline and optimize marketing processes for efficiency and impact.
  • Manage HubSpot ensuring our CRM is organized and effective.
  • Building and optimizing workflows, webpages, and more inside of Hubspot!
  • Supporting the execution of promotional campaigns to maximize enrollment and engagement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and performance.
  • Be our Data Geek; Building dashboards and data sheets and tracking metrics to ensure our marketing strategies are optimized.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns are run efficiently and effectively.

  • 3+ years of experience in Hubspot and Marketing Operations.
  • You are well-versed in filtering good vs. bad systems.
  • You have strong creative and critical thinking skills.
  • You have project leadership experience.
  • You thrive collaborating with team/vendors.
  • Some HTML and CSS experience
  • Design and Dev experience in Hubspot

COMPENSATION: BETTER than competitive with bonuses and unlimited growth opportunities.
