A-Team Administrative Assistant

Our new Administrative Assistant will work directly with Darami, our Chief of Staff, to support our internal A-Team…

So we can positively impact the lives of another billion leaders globally while loving what we get to do!

WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO...

  • You will work arm-in-arm with Darami, our Chief of Staff, to support our Executive Team so they can do their BEST and most productive work.
  • You will be involved in organizing and keeping our recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes on track and constantly evolving. 
  • You will keep our systems and tools organized and well-maintained, so team members can find and access needed resources quickly, easily, and securely. 
  • You will increase the engagement and fulfillment of our team by helping plan special activities and culture-building initiatives, including company retreats. 
  • You will coordinate logistical details for special events and speaking engagements, including travel planning. 
  • You will create special moments of WOW for our team and play an important role in team recognition, gifting & rewards.
  • You will draft up copy for internal and member communications and emails. 
  • You will thrive on having a unique mix of recurring tasks and special projects that add variety to your job role.
  • You will help create and plan our team’s personal and professional growth focuses.
  • You will help take detailed notes during team meetings and ensure proper follow-up tasks are clear. 
  • You will be responsible for company purchases and subscriptions and reducing these company costs when they’re no longer fully utilized.
  • You will be a virtual gatekeeper while setting appointments when appropriate.

  • You have 2+ years experience in an administrative role with an interest in ‘people operations’ work.
